Engagements | Morgan & Jeremy

Morgan & Jeremy are the perfect couple to photograph. They are up for anything - running from trains, testing the speed limits in their Mini, hopping fences, you name it. We spent a couple of hours around uptown Charlotte scouting out new locations and having fun with their engagement shoot. The soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs. are getting married in Asheville, North Carolina in July. I can tell already that it is going to be a blast. Thanks for spending the afternoon with me, guys!

Weddings | Corina and John are Married!

Yesterday, I teamed up with MG Video Productions at Mr. Jack's Farm in Charlotte, North Carolina to capture the wedding of Corina and John. Despite earlier tornado warnings, the weather cleared up with gusty winds here and there, to give us a beautiful sunset overlooking the lake.

The wedding was a small affair of less than 50 guests. Corina's family is Romanian and John's Family is Indian. I believe the guest who traveled the farthest came from India just hours earlier! The food was catered by Saffron and the deserts were home-made Romanian delights by Corina's family. I even took some home, which was a dietary mistake, but soooo good!

Corina and John's wedding was very special and you could feel the love that went into every detail. Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding day.

Maternity | Baby Graham's Family Awaits Him

Tomorrow is the big day! No, not tax day - Graham's birthday! This little family will soon have their girl and their boy, and they could not be happier. Big sister, Riley, pretends she has a baby in her belly too - it's name is April. Too cute!

Babies | Smiley Shannon at 9 Months

Adorable Shannon is growing up so fast! It was just a few months ago that I captured her baptism and now she is sitting up, "swimming" and even has teeth coming in! Last Sunday, I spent some time with her mom, dad and the family dog. Thanks for allowing me to come over and capture these images, mom and dad. This girl's smile is contagious!

Seniors | Caps off to Sarah!

Two Sundays ago, I met Sarah and her boyfriend at the UNCC Botanical Gardens for a quick graduation session. The gardens are a hidden gem - I can't believe I didn't know they were there! Sarah's boyfriend was a great help assisting with the reflector/diffuser. Who knew he was such a natural? And Sarah, she looked great! I was happy to provide her with these photos to send to family and friends as she announces her college graduation.
